Program Manager, Rail Operations Planning
The Program Manager of Rail Operations Planning will manage the development of short-and long-range operating and facility plans for TriMet's transportation passenger bus and rail systems. As well as ensure plans are consistently applied in TriMet rail project planning, design, construction, and operating programs and identify when design criteria changes are needed. Manage the use of operating simulation models used to evaluate the performance of proposed transportation projects, system improvements, or major service changes. Oversee the calculation of operating requirements for system or service expansion, such as fleet size, vehicle hours, and vehicle miles.This role requires being onsite four (4) days per week.
