Performs professional and administrative work requiring a high degree of knowledge and responsibility in the design and review of public works projects including the scheduling, design, construction, inspection and management for the County. Supervision may be exercised over assigned professional, clerical and technical personnel.  Provide engineering and regulatory guidance and assistance to administration and other departments as needed.
