Construct, maintain, and repair distribution lines overhead and underground.  Perform high voltage field switching, including working with energized high voltage equipment with approved hotline tools. Maintain, repair substation, transformers, breakers, and other parts of the transmission system. Construct and maintain 3-phase meter loops with CT and potential instrument transformers and transformer banks.
