Join Snohomish County Public Works as the Engineering Manager of the Program Planning and Environmental Services work groups. In this key leadership role within the Transportation and Environmental Services (TES) Division, you will contribute your skills and strengths as we create the transportation plans, programs and projects essential to support one of the fastest growing counties in Washington.  The Program Planning team is responsible for transportation planning, the 6-year and annual construction improvement programs, transportation funding and small capital projects. The Environmental Services team is responsible for permitting and environmental review for public works projects. This position also collaborates with other TES workgroups responsible for traf
