The primary purpose of this role is to provide high-performing, effective business process consulting to critical, enterprise-level business process engagements in Lowe's. This includes responsibility for partnering with functional process organizations to build a seamless, collaborative approach to implementing improved BPM discipline within Lowe's operating model.
Leads effective delivery of process consulting engagements for business process design and documentation work needed for effective realization of critical, differentiating processes.
Works as part of a core team of BPM-capable process designers, analysts and managers that model the required BPM discipline for Lowe’s future success as a seamless enterprise.
Serves as a SME for leading effective process engagements for key functional areas in Lowe’s to assist in building BPM capabilities throughout the enterprise.
Works with the Business Process Competency Center and other functions to leverage enterprise disciplines outside of BPM such as Strategy Execution, Business Planning, IT Architecture and others to help reinforce a critical, cross-enterprise perspective to engagements.
Provides active feedback to the BPCC for improvements to the framework and tool kits based on experience working on consulting engagements with functions and major initiatives.
Serves as a critical team member of the Business Process Management function and is expected to serve as a vocal, cross-functional input into overall planning.
Drives continuous improvement to Lowe’s initiative delivery and change management methods.
